Community Voices

Stories from the people we serve.

AF

Abiba Fuseini

Parent, Wa Central

Before KAPAW came to our community, my daughter had dropped out of school. Their programme helped us understand why she needed to stay, and today she is top of her class.

SK

Sulemana Kofi

Community Elder, Funsi

KAPAW is different — they sit with us, listen to our elders, and build something that belongs to the community. The children are safer now, and families feel supported.

EA

Efua Asante

Programme Facilitator

Working with KAPAW has shown me what it means to truly serve. We walk alongside families — not above them. The transformation I witness every week keeps me going.

FD

Fatima Damba

Programme Graduate, Wa East

The vocational training gave me a skill I can use every day. I now run a small tailoring business and am saving for university. I want to give back someday.

BW

Beatrice Wuni

School Teacher, Nandom

We saw a real change in attendance — especially among girls — after KAPAW's outreach. Parents who once kept children home started bringing them to school with pride.
